We help property owners develop raw land and get prepared for building. Typical process includes:
We work with the property owners to locate the building site.
Plan driveways, access paths, drainage, and infrastructures (like septic and well if applicable). We also decide on road materials.
Remove trees, stumps, and rocks around the build site that could impede the building process or end users.
On the build site, strip top soil and begin foundation excavation.
Build on-site septic and/or install electrical conduits/transformer pads (if applicable).
AFTER REMOVING TOP SOIL, WE APPLY #3A AND #4 STONES TO CREATE A SOLID BASE. SLATE BASE CAN ALSO BE USED FOR MORE COST EFFICIENT BUILD.
#2A STONES ON TOP OF THE LARGE STONES FOR SMOOTH DRIVING SURFACE DURING CONSTRUCTION AND PREPARED FOR FINISH MATERIAL LIKE PEA GRAVEL OR MILLINGS.
FINISHED DRIVEWAY WITH SCREENED ASPHALT MILLINGS. CHEMICAL BINDERS CAN BE USED TO SPEED UP THE HARDENING PROCESS.
